Our guest speakers including Sandi Herring and her fine colleagues presented the topic of “Bodies in Motion – Ergo for Everyone”.
The message covered the following information:
- Proper ergonomics when moving material from one container to another
- Proper lifting techniques
- Proper ergonomics with wrist movements and flexion
- Stretches and exercises
- Engaging Associates in Ergonomic benefits
All members were able to learn and take away insightful information from our presentation and discussions.
